How to use:
Magnesium is best absorbed through the feet, underarms and belly. We recommend starting by spraying the feet twice a day. Once comfortable with the feeling and effects, spray all three places twice a day (in the morning and before bed). You can use your magnesium mist up to 4 times a day, but two is plenty for starting out!
PLEASE NOTE: When starting out, you will likely experience tingling or itchiness when applying magnesium chloride. THIS IS OKAY - but means you're likely magnesium deficient. With continued use and as your body regulates to higher levels of magnesium, this sensation will subside.
PLEASE ALSO NOTE: You should never spray on freshly shaved skin.
