Amla is known as "the sustainer" for its ability to prolong youthfulness. Amla supports the health of teeth, bones, blood vessels, hair & eyes. Lycii & Schisandra Berries are both highly anti-inflammatory and work on all energy centers of the body. Schisandra Berry, specifically, can improve mental fortitude, focus and modulate stress hormones in the body, helping it to heal from the inside. 

Nettle, once a long-lost secret in healthy hair, is known with regular use to improve texture, length and vibrancy of hair. It is also touted as being a forceful warrior for clear skin and healthy, growing nails. Calendula is another skin-saving love of ours. Calendula is antibacterial, anti-fungal AND anti-viral. It can work from the inside to heal to clear the skin, especially for those who are acne-prone. 

Dosing: Take 1-3 droppers up to 3 times per day either neat or in a. cup of tea/water.
